A tropical classic that layers light and dark rum with lime juice, orange liqueur, and orgeat syrup. Shaken and served over ice, it’s nutty, citrusy, and richly complex with a smooth, lingering finish.

- Add Ice

Shake with Ice:
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup (see notes)
- Strain Into Glass

- 1 oz Dark Rum

Notes:
- Orgeat Syrup can be substituted with almond liqueur, amaretto or even one drop of pure almond extract.
